Hans lived in Germany for most of his life. He had a dream to move to America and serve the best German food. He moved to the United States from Germany 13 years ago. Hans lived in Germany for most of his life. He had a dream to move to America and serve the best German food. He moved to the United States from Germany 13 years ago. Working hard to learn the English language he began with waiting tables at Golden Corral. He was determined and soon accomplished his goals and dreams; Opening his first restaurant in Winter Garden Florida in 2009. He fell in love with the small city of Mount Dora and opened up Bavarian Haus Restaurant there in 2012. He had a love for the Florida Beaches and moved his love for cooking German Food and salt water to the community of Fort Myers Beach. He pounds every schnitzel when it is ordered and makes everything from scratch down to the apple strudels. I hope everyone will come enjoy the little taste of Germany.
